Through this integration, Chatter end users will have easy access to enhanced customer experience insights and reports that incorporate multiple data sources via Chatter\u2019s dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>The Chatter by Stingray team sought out Sisense primarily to help extend the value of the data provided via the Chatter customer feedback tool. A key determining factor in selecting the Sisense Fusion Analytics tool was its\u2019 ability to be seamless in functionality and capabilities, in addition to reducing the burden on Chatter\u2019s development and support teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur goal when evaluating Sisense, was to find a data analytics solution that could be easily embedded so our end users would have a frictionless user experience.
